GBVetRxDirect is the best Online pharmacy… VetRxDirect is the best Online pharmacy I've ever used in 30 years of having pets. They're better than any human or other non human pharmacy. Prescriptions are received very quickly. Great customer service and you usually receive a little gift with every order. When I first started ordering from them I believe they were a family owned company. Although they're huge now, the service is still the same whether family owned or not.

GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. You cannot get a hold of anyone, ever. An overnight delivery takes 1-2 days after your prescription is processed. AND I am an LVT in a 24 hr. Vet Center. My diabetic cat is just waiting for his insulin. I should've listened to my co-workers and used the company they recommended, not VetRx.

GBKudos to Farrell! I would like to send kudos to Customer Service rep Farrell. I spoke with her over a product that was not a fit for our furry kids. She helped facilitate and quickly rectify a miscommunication that occurred as well. She was professional and proactive and friendly- every thing a customer needs to hear and experience when going through a problem with a purchase. GBHorrible customer service—buy from your … Horrible customer service—buy from your veterinarian and promote small business. Ordered Percortan-V to the tune of $180 and it expires in 6months! With the dosage my pet is on, that vial lasts a full year. Customer service refused to allow a return of an unopened box, an exchange, a partial refund or even a coupon. Just too bad so sad—that was an expensive lesson. Buy elsewhere people, you will be glad you did

GBJust in time!! I miscalculated the auto delivery of my dogs Pain Plus. When checking I found it wasn't due for another 2 weeks. I contacted Vet Rx Direct and explained my dilemma and the employee said she would send the order right out. I received it two days later and Sammy was without his meds one day only. THANK YOU!!!!
