With the dosage my pet is on, that vial lasts a full year. Customer service refused to allow a return of an unopened box, an exchange, a partial refund or even a coupon. I made an order a week ago for my cat I made an order a week ago for my cat, and when I check online for my order status it tells me "Waiting for veterinary approval". When I call customer service I get a message saying that I called during peak hours, and then it hangs up. With Chewy.com it usually took prescription medication a maximum of 3-4 days to get to me. VetRxDirect is a horrible place.

No Problems at all I had no problems with VetRXDirect. They called my vet for my cat’s RX and shipped it right away. I had the medicine within a few days. I was impressed and very happy with them. I would use them again. Thank you!
