Fantastic Customer Service I placed an order right after the first of the year (when all hell was breaking lose in D.C. in addition to the normal COVID disruptions nationwide). There was a mix-up in the quantity of items I received which was remedied immediately upon my leaving a voicemail explaining the problem. Poor Delivery Response Time Although the staff responds to your phone call or email immediately, I have had many, many, many problems with delivery time in getting medication!! Vetrx Direct either has repeatedly blamed my vet's office for not getting back to them with a prescription (not the case) or the post office for losing the medication, and they still make me wait a full 8 days to send out a new package (when it's obviously stuck somewhere in transit), so that my pet ends up waiting 9 days for vital meds. Ridiculous!! I don't recommend Vetrx Direct!!

VetRxDirect has been the most reliable… VetRxDirect has been the most reliable source for any of my cat, Mango's medications! They are always quick to respond with any inquiries and always ensure the best customer service. I have transitioned purely to VetRxDirect for his asthma needs and am so glad I came across their site when I did. Quick shout out to both Erika and Joe for being so kind, helpful, and diligent in their follow ups to my ticket requests. Highly recommend!

VetRxDirect is the best Online pharmacy… VetRxDirect is the best Online pharmacy I've ever used in 30 years of having pets. They're better than any human or other non human pharmacy. Prescriptions are received very quickly. Great customer service and you usually receive a little gift with every order. When I first started ordering from them I believe they were a family owned company. Although they're huge now, the service is still the same whether family owned or not.

No Problems at all I had no problems with VetRXDirect. They called my vet for my cat’s RX and shipped it right away. I had the medicine within a few days. I was impressed and very happy with them. I would use them again. Thank you!
