VetRxDirect is the best Online pharmacy… VetRxDirect is the best Online pharmacy I've ever used in 30 years of having pets. They're better than any human or other non human pharmacy. Prescriptions are received very quickly. Great customer service and you usually receive a little gift with every order. When I first started ordering from them I believe they were a family owned company. Although they're huge now, the service is still the same whether family owned or not.

A Purring Customer Hello - I've never ordered anything online for my pets until my Vet ran out of what I needed and I was forced to look for an online Pet Pharmacy that would fill the prescription. I am glad I chose Vet RX Direct - they were responsive from the moment I contacted them - substantially less expensive than what I was paying my Vet for the meds - and best of all...they included a small bag of Cat Treats which arrived with my order. Fantastic Customer Service I placed an order right after the first of the year (when all hell was breaking lose in D.C. in addition to the normal COVID disruptions nationwide). There was a mix-up in the quantity of items I received which was remedied immediately upon my leaving a voicemail explaining the problem. I made an order a week ago for my cat I made an order a week ago for my cat, and when I check online for my order status it tells me "Waiting for veterinary approval". When I call customer service I get a message saying that I called during peak hours, and then it hangs up. With Chewy.com it usually took prescription medication a maximum of 3-4 days to get to me. VetRxDirect is a horrible place.
