GBGood training, but video glitches Good training, however I didn’t give 5 stars because nearly all of the videos kicked me out randomly when viewing them, so I had to go back in from the home screen and forward the video I was on to where it left off. That took extra time and was frustrating. Not sure exactly what the cause to the glitch was.

GBthe tech support was very good and… the tech support was very good and fixed my problem immediately. the problem i have is with the site as there does not appear to be a way to save work done on closing the app so i find myself having to go thru the program until i find were i am.

GBEasy to navigate Easy to navigate. Interesting and complete course lessons with great videos. Easy to take the exam. Note: you WILL have to take the practical exam if required by your institution, as it states on the card that this is the didactic only.

GBACLS I appreciate that you can do the exam on-line and print your card at home immediately (for those of you who procrastinate)! They will send you a “real” card in the mail in 3-10 days, but in the mean time, you have something to show your employer.
