concise outline with good video… concise outline with good video presentation. Covered material rapidly and I was done in about an hour and fifteen minutes. Only negative was that the site would suddenly return to the home page about every 12 to 15 minutes and you had to restart/resume the program. For BCLS and ACLS, $240.00 is a little steep out of pocket to use a totally computer generated study. But hey, who's fault was it that I missed the free program at the hospital. If you are in a pinch time wise and hate public test taking, this is great.

5 stars! Quick to review, easy to access, and readily available information with the latest guidelines. Best of all you get to print or keep a digital copy of your certificates (and CME credits) whenever you need them.

I tried to get in your program for the… I tried to get in your program for the full weekend with a few others helping me to no avail. I left a few messages and no one called back until Monday. Then on Monday I did get a call and was able to get in . Paying with my husbands card was another odd situation and I needed help. Just getting started was frustrating. The program Instructor was good. I wish I had access to the CPR book as we did 2 years ago to look up things if needed for the whole year. Answer clarification was not clear as twice I thought my answers were correct and unable to view choices why it was wrong. I still have not received my card.

Every bit as thorough as the classroom Every bit as thorough as the classroom. Perhaps, even better than live because they have had time to develop and refine the their teaching video modules; no meandering off topic or rushing through the material as might occur with a live presentation. And, BTW, you can do the modules whenever you want.

I especially like the videos I especially like the videos. My only recommendation would be to have more videos. Some people, like myself, are visual learners. The gentleman in the video was a fantastic teacher.
