GBBad Customer Service Taking the test remotely with a proctor was an awful experience. The check-in took forever, I started my test & they interrupted me to tell me not to put my hand by my mouth?!?! What! On question 9 the test logged me off - it was just gone. I could not get back on, so I contacted customer service. 2 e-mails & 2 phone calls later, I got a ticket number, talked to 2 people in a different country, could not understand them & nothing was resolved. 4 days later and I have not been reimbursed or contacted. Still waiting. I went to an actual testing center, very nice people there - easy check in & passed both exams. PSI Customer Service is terrible!! I have a feeling that they will not be reimbursing me.

GBThe book I ordered online with Kindle… The book I ordered online with Kindle did not supply me with the proper and order enough information to take the exam. I have ordered another book for you as I was ill prepared for the exam with the first book I ordered

CANever receive results I never receive my result by email and wasn't able to open the result on the plateform so I pay the money to never know my scorr and where was my weakness.

GBThey need hire peolpe that can speak… They need to hire people that can speak English clearly. Stop hiring people that screw people over went scheduling exams.
