GBBad Customer Service Taking the test remotely with a proctor was an awful experience. The check-in took forever, I started my test & they interrupted me to tell me not to put my hand by my mouth?!?! What! On question 9 the test logged me off - it was just gone. I could not get back on, so I contacted customer service. 2 e-mails & 2 phone calls later, I got a ticket number, talked to 2 people in a different country, could not understand them & nothing was resolved. 4 days later and I have not been reimbursed or contacted. Still waiting. I went to an actual testing center, very nice people there - easy check in & passed both exams. PSI Customer Service is terrible!! I have a feeling that they will not be reimbursing me.

CANever receive results I never receive my result by email and wasn't able to open the result on the plateform so I pay the money to never know my scorr and where was my weakness.

GBI did my test at home with a proctor I did my test at home with a proctor. I was not fully aware of all of the guidelines so it took some time for me to get through the whole screening process. The one thing I did not like, it that the proctor was able to turn off my printer from their location, which somehow disconnected my scanner and it was difficult to get it fixed. But, overall, it was a good experience and I was able to take the test and pass it from an environment I am most comfortable working in.

GBNever got my practice test results I had to reach out 3 times by email, and 5 by phone. I purchased a practice test and never got my results. I tried to get a refund and was dismissed several times. Finally after my 6th call and being put on hold I was told that because I took the test I could not get a refund, even though I never got my results!

GBOrdered book second time. Ordered book first time, accidentally sent to the wrong email. Called multiple times and waited weeks on end after every single worker said to wait 24 hours to check my email for a psi response with my ebook. I never got a singular email. I had to reorder since no one knew how to help.
