Just logged on for my first exam Just logged on for my first exam, 30 minutes before test was due to start. Went through the processes, uploaded ID etc...live chat with an agent opened. They queried my ID and said they could double check it once we went live. The screen changed to live monitoring and it shut down completely. I did everything again, had to re-upload ID etc, and exactly the same thing happened again. I then could no longer launch the exam as it was past the time limit. I spoke with an agent on live chat to complain, she has escalated it to see if I can re-book for free and given me a ticket number. There is no way I'm attempting it online again, shocking system.

I purchased accident and health… I purchased accident and health insurance study material Nothing I studied was on the test I failed twice. I think you setup people to fail to keep making money. I hope I cam find a way to file a complaint on PSI.

They need hire peolpe that can speak… They need to hire people that can speak English clearly. Stop hiring people that screw people over went scheduling exams.

Ordered book second time. Ordered book first time, accidentally sent to the wrong email. Called multiple times and waited weeks on end after every single worker said to wait 24 hours to check my email for a psi response with my ebook. I never got a singular email. I had to reorder since no one knew how to help.

I got my second email within hours of… I got my second email within hours of taking my first exam!
