GBI wished I had read reviews before… I wished I had read reviews before signing up for the trial. And after reading Brainly’s bs responses, it infuriates me. They really do take your money without your permission. What they don’t know, is they are about to have a lawsuit on their hands. You can’t just go around taking money from people without their consent when they explicitly canceled before the trial ended. This is a scam site.

AUHorrendous Experience Absolutely unacceptable! I tried to reach the company via emails, phone, and everything with no response! The customer service is terrible, and this is just a way for the company to scam students, which is unbelievably unethical and evil! There's no notification saying the free trial is ending, and the homework answers are all wrong and trolls. I tried everything to get a refund, and they simply don't reply. Please give me a refund on bunrieucuabo022. I'm literally crying and begging you as I don't even have money for food, and you're making students like me suffer really bad.

GB(Waste of TIME!!!) Brainly told me to disable Ad blocker when I am not using it. When I searched for the answer in brainly. it said that I am using ad blocker. This is very annoying AND I AM NOT USING AD BLOCKER.

IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL NO CHILD SHOULD HAVE ACCESS TO THIS SERVICE MY SON ACTIVATED IT HE CANCELLED IT THINKING IT INDEED CANCELLED - BUT APPARENTLY YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FIRST OR ELSE YOU GET CHARGED FOREVER MORE BC THEN YOUR ACCOUNT IS CANCELLEND AND YOUR SUBSCRIPTION CONTINUES FOREVER MORE BC YOU CAN'T LOGIN AGAIN... AND YOU CAN'T CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ANY FASHION! IT IS RIDICULOUS- THIS CYCLICAL MADNESS.. I'VE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THEM OVER AND OVER AND IT IS GOING ON AND ON.... SO FAR BEEN CHARGE 160 ... SO FURIOUS!! DON'T DO IT!

GBTerrible Terrible! They charged me out of the blue for another year subscription when I never had my account on auto-renew. Then Denise refused me a refund because of their change in policy. I never received a renewal notice email either. I'm really disappointed and now I'm out 36$ and can't even use the app because it doesn't even know that I have an active subscription in iTunes.
