(Waste of TIME!!!) Brainly told me to disable Ad blocker when I am not using it. When I searched for the answer in brainly. it said that I am using ad blocker. This is very annoying AND I AM NOT USING AD BLOCKER.

I wished I had read reviews before… I wished I had read reviews before signing up for the trial. And after reading Brainly’s bs responses, it infuriates me. They really do take your money without your permission. What they don’t know, is they are about to have a lawsuit on their hands. You can’t just go around taking money from people without their consent when they explicitly canceled before the trial ended. This is a scam site.

What can be done about canceling a… What can be done about canceling a subscription. I was charged $10 dollars and I don't even have an account. It isn't "free" and I want to be sure I don't get charged again. No way to talk to a live person. You can cancel your account but not your subscription. I would love an email or text or some sort of communication. Looking into reporting this company at the government site Report Fraud.

BAD EXPERIENCE I signed up for the 7 day trial period but expected the app to be more straight forward and simple. App did not meet my expectations. I tried canceling the subscription during the trial period, while doing so I got a notification I will receive an email 1 day before the cancellation date. I did not receive this email and my account was charged. I contacted Brainly right away but they refused to reverse the transaction. I wish I had taken the time to read other users experience before. I will rate zero if it was possible. I will not recommend based on my experience.

Horrendous Experience Absolutely unacceptable! I tried to reach the company via emails, phone, and everything with no response! The customer service is terrible, and this is just a way for the company to scam students, which is unbelievably unethical and evil! There's no notification saying the free trial is ending, and the homework answers are all wrong and trolls. I tried everything to get a refund, and they simply don't reply. Please give me a refund on bunrieucuabo022. I'm literally crying and begging you as I don't even have money for food, and you're making students like me suffer really bad.
