GBI have been trying to cancel this… I have been trying to cancel this subscription for months. I never get the reset password for my account and it continues to charge every single month. There is not number to call and every customer support email I send is an auto reply that always has the same reply! Worst service!

CABAD EXPERIENCE I signed up for the 7 day trial period but expected the app to be more straight forward and simple. App did not meet my expectations. I tried canceling the subscription during the trial period, while doing so I got a notification I will receive an email 1 day before the cancellation date. I did not receive this email and my account was charged. I contacted Brainly right away but they refused to reverse the transaction. I wish I had taken the time to read other users experience before. I will rate zero if it was possible. I will not recommend based on my experience.

GB(Waste of TIME!!!) Brainly told me to disable Ad blocker when I am not using it. When I searched for the answer in brainly. it said that I am using ad blocker. This is very annoying AND I AM NOT USING AD BLOCKER.

GBDeleted my account after I already paid Tried getting refund for a service I didn't want nor subscribe for, received rude customer service. They told me they canceled my subscription renewal and that I'd have access to it for the rest of the year. I try to log into brainly only to see that my account no longer exists. So I paid for a service I can't even use for the remaining time I accidentally paid for. Horrible scummy company, take your money elsewhere

GBLet me add to the negative reviews…just… Let me add to the negative reviews…just another stupid company that gets you to “try” their product and hope you forget to cancel so they can charge you $40 for a year. Worse…I ACTUALLY DID CANCEL MY TRIAL THE VERY DAY I SIGNED UP AND THEY STILL CHARGED MY CARD 7 days later!!! Totally fraudulent. Don’t fall for it. Even more laughable is the fact that the ONE question I asked regarding Medicare sales during my “trial” was answered INCORRECTLY!!!! RUN
