I've been using Rype for nearly 2.5… I've been using Rype for nearly 2.5 years now. This is such a great experience. I tried all the other options; Rosetta Stone, Duolingo, Textbooks online. Ultimately, I need the accountability of showing up for a class that Rype provides. The teachers are incredible. It is such a special experience to talk with someone in another language around the world each day. I highly, highly recommend Rype if you are serious about learning a new language.

HUGE scam and the app provides no… HUGE scam and the app provides no contact to a real person or auto-bot to get a refund on what they steal for simply looking at the app, not purchase it, just open it and BAM money stolen.. DONT EVEN LOOK AT THE APP... Bad app and BAD PEOPLE

2 day no refund policy with no exceptions I tried it for a month and it wasn't for me. However, it is set to auto-renew by default and so it billed me for the next month (179.99). It hit my bank two days later and I contacted support and asked to get it canceled and refunded however they literally have a 2 day no refund policy with no exceptions. Very shady!!!

Beta Testing New App - Has Potential I'm beta testing their new app right now and it certainly has some potential. As it is in beta stage there are still kinks to work out (like how it will not accept my pronunciation of "Christina") but that's why we are beta testing this. The app itself has promise and I look forward to using it daily when it is completed. Another thing I am pleased with is the responsiveness when I have questions or concerns. This leads me to believe we should have a solid app soon.

WOW, don't subscribe it's too hard to cancel WOW! It's horrible!!! Almost impossible to cancel/delete your subscription. It's not even immediate. The whole idea is horrible as well, they are just offering private lessons like iTalki. I wouldn't even say it's cheap.
