Fraud stay away Buyer beware Rype is a total scam I canceled within the trial period and they refused to refund the amount of over $569.00. Don’t waste your time it’s not worth it you are not getting what you pay for with Rype. I used the service during the trail Rype still charged my credit card after I tried to cancel. They make it very difficult to cancel. Updated: I got a refund from my bank after I filed a dispute but not from Rype which has a ZERO refund policy. I tried the service and canceled I requested a refund from the company and Cynthia emailed me several times stating they couldn’t refund over $500. The instructions had very poor English skills and were very fluent in English therefore it was difficult to learn a new language. Rype isn’t a good company in my opinion. I tried to work with the company and they refused. They only offered a refund AFTER I posted a negative review.

Excellent Teachers and Attentive Support Team Excellent teachers and attentive website support team. Rype's staff is very attentive and replies to emails quickly. I have found some very high quality teachers on the site, and scheduling is very easy. The system works really well now, the communication has gotten much better between teachers and students over the last year, (there were some bumps at the beginning) and I can tell Rype is working hard to make things run smoothly. Most importantly, I'm making progress in my learning.

I have been a Chinese teacher with them… I have been a Chinese teacher with them for more than one year. I don’t get lots of students, and so far, they have not paid me nothing. They used a booking system before the new one, but the classes I taught with the old system is not counted. I am so disappointed with their service. They try to get more students, but at the same time, they treat the Teachers like trash! Rype commented that they have contacted me privately, but I haven’t received any email or whatever from them except 70 dollar promotion Ad. I have submitted emails to Trustpilot, and they approved my review to show to people. Rype claimed that I am using fake alias, no, I am not fake. I taught many students from South America, USA, Mongolia etc on Rype. They keep lying. Now they even call me fake. Lol.

HUGE scam and the app provides no… HUGE scam and the app provides no contact to a real person or auto-bot to get a refund on what they steal for simply looking at the app, not purchase it, just open it and BAM money stolen.. DONT EVEN LOOK AT THE APP... Bad app and BAD PEOPLE

There's so much potential with this… There's so much potential with this language app, and it is great how the developers are reaching out to initial campaign supporters to be part of the testing phase. I look forward to seeing how it evolves and improves. When I was having trouble with the app crashing when I got the speaking questions wrong multiple times, I raised this and it was addressed in later updates.
