The product is nice and shines perfectly the quality is perfect. BTW it has 2 modes, it's possible to power it with the batteries or with a usb cable. (The light comes with the cable, so there is no need to buy one) Perfect experience, great company. I recommend this company for purchase!!!

Child Universe Wooden Name Puzzles I really like the Child Universe wooden name puzzles. They are great, beautiful learning toys for infants/toddlers. This is the third puzzle I order from them, and although there was a misunderstanding with this last order, the Child Universe customer support team was quick to respond and able to send me the correct puzzle.

Plus their customer service is great - fast to respond, respectful and proactive. When a discount code advertised in the email did not work, I placed the ordered, emailed the Customer service and they came back to me fast, made calculations for missing 15% and gave me the refund. And all of that with being very polite. I highly recommened them!

Although the package was slightly… Although the package was slightly delayed do to International shipping, the item still arrived before the time I needed to Present it as a gift. Customer service is extremely easy to work with and helpful, Customer service had great communication and was a delight to work with. Great Customizable product.
