GBDecided to order a night light for my… Decided to order a night light for my kiddo. The guys from customer support are very friendly, they helped me to choose the design and proceed with my order. The product is nice and shines perfectly the quality is perfect. BTW it has 2 modes, it's possible to power it with the batteries or with a usb cable. (The light comes with the cable, so there is no need to buy one) Perfect experience, great company. I recommend this company for purchase!!!

GBGreat products and amazing customer… Great products and amazing customer service!! Everything we get from Child Universe is well made, safe for children and SO CUTE!! Plus their customer service is great - fast to respond, respectful and proactive. When a discount code advertised in the email did not work, I placed the ordered, emailed the Customer service and they came back to me fast, made calculations for missing 15% and gave me the refund. And all of that with being very polite. I highly recommened them!

GBCan’t get a hold of customer support I ordered this a month ago, had express shipping (3-6 days) but haven’t received item. Got an email to review the item that hasn’t arrived which concerned me. Also the last update on the tracking was from over 2 weeks ago. I emailed support TWICE & haven’t gotten a response. I just want to make sure the item is actually on the way but it’s been impossible to get a response from anyone so writing this hoping it will help.

FRTerrible and dishonest I had to pay expensive custom fees (12 euros) when the package arrived in France though I had already paid shipping costs on the website. Of course, Childuniverse never said anything about such a fee when I purchased the item on their website and never answered to my email afterwards. I feel completely robbed.
