This puzzle was ordered for my…grandson, Rylan This puzzle was ordered for my grandson, Rylan’s Baptism. Even though he is only four months old, I know that he will grow into it. Since his parents are avid hikers, campers and outdoor people, he will learn all about outdoor animals and can look forward to enjoying and appreciating all that the great outdoors offers! 2023 names Unfortunately, in this day and age Kids have hyphenated last names and it was very difficult to find a puzzle where I could put all 4 of his names. I found one but I couldn’t hyphenate the name. Other than that my experience was great.

Decided to order a night light for my… Decided to order a night light for my kiddo. The guys from customer support are very friendly, they helped me to choose the design and proceed with my order. The product is nice and shines perfectly the quality is perfect. BTW it has 2 modes, it's possible to power it with the batteries or with a usb cable. (The light comes with the cable, so there is no need to buy one) Perfect experience, great company. I recommend this company for purchase!!!

Can’t get a hold of customer support I ordered this a month ago, had express shipping (3-6 days) but haven’t received item. Got an email to review the item that hasn’t arrived which concerned me. Also the last update on the tracking was from over 2 weeks ago. I emailed support TWICE & haven’t gotten a response. I just want to make sure the item is actually on the way but it’s been impossible to get a response from anyone so writing this hoping it will help.

Poor customer service Poor customer service, took days to get back to me. When they finally did, told me it was going to take up to 17 business days to get my order when online and my order receipt it says 7-10. Then when I asked them to just simply cancel my order and refund me, they kept pushing me to try and keep it when I said multiple times I wanted a refund.
