Never received purchase I ordered on 2/13, it is now 3/9 and I still haven’t received it. Customer service is not exactly helpful or friendly.

Beautiful and perfect gift for the little one This was a great holiday gift for the little one in the family. Bold colors and great craftsmanship! Shipping was a little delayed but that was due to holiday schedules and customs, otherwise it arrived intact and beautifully crafted. Will definitely order from this shop again!

I ordered this (no personalization) and it did not arrive in time for Easter. I have to check the post office to see if it's even here yet. I will be returning this item if and when it ever arrives.
