A supporting and helpful program! The course web was easy to navigate. No confusion as the support team responded quickly with answers to all of my questions. The team really made me feel supported in my ability to solve this stressful situation.

Some content confusing The school reps answered my queries immediately and were responsive, which was a help. However, I found some of the discussions overly complicated and some of the test questions confusing, particularly in early sections. I had to make the type larger and the lines of type were too long--it was not user friendly until adjusted. Finally, there were many typos and slightly incorrect words. On the plus side, the tests could be retaken and the course could be easily stopped and resumed as needed.

I thought I was going to have trouble… I thought I was going to have trouble because it was not taking my answer for one of the 5 questions asked what my first job was? Kept saying incorrect & I couldn't move forward with the next module. I called Saturday & reset everything. So I'm very happy & satisfied about that glitch on my part of forgetting my answer.

A Great Refreshers course. This was a course that was really informative. I think everyone should actually take this course weather you have received a citation or not. I believe so many infractions on the road is because a lot of drivers don’t take in consideration what they were doing is a crime. This was a great refreshers course. It has been over forty years since drivers training.
