Awful experience Awful experience. Bought a knee brace. I e mailed for a return label. it was too small. They sent the label. I packed the item and sent it via UPS ground (the return label). Have never heard it was received or payment refunded. Called over and over. (Always got recording that call would be returned in 5 hours) Sent one after another e mails. Finally got response with instructions on how to refund and get label which I had done, signed by Travis. I did get the original return label through the website. To date: no response, no refund.

I am giving 3 stars for reasonable… I am giving 3 stars for reasonable prices and free shipping, but would give 2 stars otherwise. Ten days ago I ordered something I will need for surgery I’m having tomorrow. The item description said, “usually ships in 1 to 2 business days.” I ordered it on the 6th and they didn’t ship until the 15th of the month, which was 6 business days. Disappointed that the business advertised quick shipping, but did not follow through on that.

great selection of braces and support… great selection of braces and support devices. I ordered and have recently received, what hopefully, will be a good fit for my needs.I will be wearing it for a few weeks to see if I find the improvement in the post-surgery, foot and ankle swelling that has been an issue for the past 7 months. This particular brace/wrap is desirable because it is lightweight and less cumbersome than most of them. Hoping for some positive results, soon!! Dianne

Order site is unclear on sizing method Order site is unclear on sizing method. Brace I received doesn't match picture of what was shown. I have called twice to arrange an exchange and had to leave message and no one has returned my call.
