GBSeller`s hidden restocking fees. I do not recommend buying from this seller. They charge hidden restocking fees in spite of their "free" return policy. Poor business. Update 12/21/18. Thank you for reply. I am talking about order #13660. 9/21/18- $77.42. However return was issued for $65.81 (10/18/18). For second order returned #13770 09/28/18-$88.30 I did not receive ANY refund. At the end I lost $88.30+$11.61=$99.91 buying from this merchant.

GBThe item I ordered was paid but never shipped… The item I ordered was not even shipped after 48 hrs, so I canceled the order. It simply disappeared from my account, but no money was returned. Customer service was not reachable. They are fraud. Don't buy from them

GBCustomer Service Poor I ordered orthopedic braces and it took several calls over at time span of 2 weeks to determine the status of the delivery. After confirming the purchase at the time of purchase, I did not receive the tracking details. I called customer service multiple times and it went directly to voice mail over a two week period. I was able to finally speak to someone who promised that they would send me an email notification on the status of the item the following day and did not hear back from them. After involving other options, the items shipped and within 2 days, received the items. Poor communication on delivery of items and when to receive. Customer service does not exist.

GBProduct received as ordered Product was received as ordered. I ordered rhe wrong product and had extreme difficulty reaching this company to return. I finally found an email and they reaponded very quickly apologizing as they have had issues with phone systems. Although i was initially annoyed once i connected with them they were very repsonsive and i would order from this site again

GBPoor customer service, communication and website design. The order that made on 10/05/18 and was supposed to arrive within 24 hours has not come as of today, 10/20/18. Only when(!) I emailed and called on 10/10/18, I was told that it "seemed like it was on the back order". Very poor communication. THe website doesn't allow to search by the order number. There is no way to find out the status of the order if you didn't create an account. Very inconvenient.
