GBI am giving 3 stars for reasonable… I am giving 3 stars for reasonable prices and free shipping, but would give 2 stars otherwise. Ten days ago I ordered something I will need for surgery I’m having tomorrow. The item description said, “usually ships in 1 to 2 business days.” I ordered it on the 6th and they didn’t ship until the 15th of the month, which was 6 business days. Disappointed that the business advertised quick shipping, but did not follow through on that.

GBTerrible Customer Service and Response Time This company has terrible customer service and i no longer recommend them! The second order I received from them is defective and I need to have it replaced. I've placed numerous phone calls to the customer service number and sent emails. No response for days. I finally got an email back 5 days ago stating that they can do the exchange but no instructions on how to proceed and no response in another 5 days! Unprofessional!

GBNeeded shoes for my elderly dad… I needed some shoes for my elderly dad to wear while he has wrappings on both feet. I saw they had a lot of good options online and called for more info. Product specialist Chris was very helpful in determining what to order and went the extra-mile for us to try some on that afternoon as a will-call pickup. He also expedited processing and shipping of a different pair they didn't have in stock, which we received 1-1/2 days later. My dad is very pleased with both pairs.

GBProduct received as ordered Product was received as ordered. I ordered rhe wrong product and had extreme difficulty reaching this company to return. I finally found an email and they reaponded very quickly apologizing as they have had issues with phone systems. Although i was initially annoyed once i connected with them they were very repsonsive and i would order from this site again

GBNON-CUSTOMER SERVICE I bought a BREG shoulder pad from you. I called customer service during your listed hours of operation. Left a voicemail asking to be contacted on 20 SEP. I needed to return the item & place another order for the one that would work with my BREG Unit. I am STILL waiting for that call. Meanwhile, I must use & constantly replace melting ice packs. Thank you for NOTHING
