Great Products but company still just getting going. The products I have been purchasing have been outstanding. Each one is of obvious premium quality, construction, materials and performance. My reason for not 5 Stars, is that orders received over time have neither been timely nor completely accurate. I have had long waits for orders, compared to charges made to me. Customer Service does not respond quickly.

Just as promised! My cord started getting hot and just stopped working so I contacted customer service. They were prompt and courteous with their response to my concern. They live up their promise of replacing your charging cord should it stop working. They are sending me a new cord; I couldn't be more pleased as I love how fast it charges!

MAGFAST goes the extra mile in customer service!! I was having a problem with registering my Heathrow luggage (which I adore, by the way). I was so very frustrated because I was so excited after opening it up and seeing the lovely surprise inside!! MAGFAST does go the extra mile when servicing their products. My problem was resolved and I am a happy camper - I mean soon-to-be traveler!!

Looks professional and a first class carryon case I have just taken delivery of my Magfast Heathrow Pro eCarryOn and could not be happier. The case arrived undamaged and extremely well protected in a heavy duty cardboard box. Inside that box was a lighter weight card box with carrying handle and inside of that was my Heathrow Pro, neatly encased in its own cloth protective bag. Inside the case I found my clear acrylic protective cover for the Extreme, a laundry bag and shoe bag that match the same pattern as the case interior, a note pad, leather luggage tag, and a soft travel blanket that I wasn't expecting at all. I also found an envelope with some self adhesive tags to indicate a variety of countries and cities - these won't be getting stuck on to the outside of a high end case. Everything about the case is as described by Seymour in the promotional videos and my wife thought the soft close handles were a super idea. About the only thing I wasn't aware of was the cover for the Extreme slides on to the charging bank before placing it in to the enclave. I mistakenly thought it clipped in to the enclave and stayed in place through friction. The magnets do hold the Extreme nicely in place until released. The case is heavy at about 11lb empty but feels extremely well constructed. The locks are simple to reset for a personal combination option and the whole case looks and feels professional. I'm not sure when I will first get to use this but I am looking forward to the opportunity of putting it through its paces. Before then, it is my intention to buy a heavy duty clear plastic cover as additional protection and to keep my investment looking pristine in the advent I have to check it in due to space confinements on the flight. It is true that there has been about a four month delay from when these were originally due to be shipped but the wait was certainly worth it. My only disappointment now is that I have nothing further to look forward to receiving from Magfast until they begin production of the other items from the Pro Kit.
