GBI called to change the pick up location… I called to change the pick up location from Orem to Layton since I was not aware until after I placed my order online. Plus it’s too far of a drive for me living in Roy. When I called. customer service representative mentioned that it could be dropped off at my front door (at no cost) which I misunderstood when I placed my order what curbside drop off meant specifically lol! Customer Service representative was very friendly and helpful in a timely manner.

GBWill never buy from rc Willy again Will never buy from rc Willy again. Bought a bed,fridge,washer and dryer 3 weeks ago . Very slow delivery, when I called to ask where my dryer is, oh it’s on truck in route..... no body knows where, or when it will be delivered. Absolutely no accountably, just no customer service. No excuses or apologies, you guys know your not doing your job.

GBDelivery guys are AWESOME! Delivery guys are AWESOME!! RCwillys systems are so messed up. I bought 3 washers and 3 dryers. They delivered 1 washer when they were supposed to deliver all 6. I had to call customer service to figure out why delivery guys only brought a washer. Second time they came to deliver the rest of washer and dryers no connection kits were on my ticket. Luckily AWESOME delivery guys brought connections kits because they noticed there weren’t any on ticket. I needed a stacking kit for my closet washer and dryer which they didn’t have with them. I had to call customer service again and service manager that was supposed to give me a call back didn’t. I then called my sales guy and he helped me get delivery guys to bring out stacking kit to finish the job. It shouldn’t have taken 3 trips for my purchase. Very sad RCwilly’s customer service isn’t what it used to be.

GBRC Willey Five, the manufacturer, zero. RC Willey, the store, I give 5 stars. But the leather sofa and chairs, we've been trying to get, is another story. The first was not true to color. The gray, looked like black charcoal in or home. Reordered the same in eggshell. This one came in and it looked like a 3rd world country made it. The seams didn't match, and it didn't close evenly. So we reordered again. Hopefully the third time is a charm. We'll see. But otherwise RC is doing everything right trying to correct the situation.

GBSalesman and delivery Sony 65” TV My salesperson Cad Hyde went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. He provided awesome customer service and ensured all my questions and concerns were taken care of through to the end. He had another salesman Nic Delgado finish because of family emergency, this salesman was great to work with also. After having a bad experience with Best Buy canceling my order the last minute and after looking at my bill they charged me more than what they told me the cost would be. So glad I went to RCW. Grant & Alex delivered my TV, installed wires behind the wall turned out perfect. They were very professional, great work team. Awesome experience all around! Love my 65” Sony, beautiful picture.
