GBJen Hall is the reason I am responding Jen Hall is the reason I am responding We have used RC Willey for appliances ad flooring and more for our clients (we build custom homes). Brandon Oliviera was our sales person and he was phenominal but he left the store and we had no one to help us. So after MANY visits and calls to your store, we were told that our records were not found and we had no credits for rewards. Jen Hall ferreted out our accounts and helped us obtain a refund which was sitting on our account but not seen she helped us get our rewards from this last custom we are finishing which no one in Salt Lake City could do...so thank you Jen Hall for great work.

GBI called to change the pick up location… I called to change the pick up location from Orem to Layton since I was not aware until after I placed my order online. Plus it’s too far of a drive for me living in Roy. When I called. customer service representative mentioned that it could be dropped off at my front door (at no cost) which I misunderstood when I placed my order what curbside drop off meant specifically lol! Customer Service representative was very friendly and helpful in a timely manner.

GBRC Willey Five, the manufacturer, zero. RC Willey, the store, I give 5 stars. But the leather sofa and chairs, we've been trying to get, is another story. The first was not true to color. The gray, looked like black charcoal in or home. Reordered the same in eggshell. This one came in and it looked like a 3rd world country made it. The seams didn't match, and it didn't close evenly. So we reordered again. Hopefully the third time is a charm. We'll see. But otherwise RC is doing everything right trying to correct the situation.

GBDelivery guys are AWESOME! Delivery guys are AWESOME!! RCwillys systems are so messed up. I bought 3 washers and 3 dryers. They delivered 1 washer when they were supposed to deliver all 6. I had to call customer service to figure out why delivery guys only brought a washer. Second time they came to deliver the rest of washer and dryers no connection kits were on my ticket. Luckily AWESOME delivery guys brought connections kits because they noticed there weren’t any on ticket. I needed a stacking kit for my closet washer and dryer which they didn’t have with them. I had to call customer service again and service manager that was supposed to give me a call back didn’t. I then called my sales guy and he helped me get delivery guys to bring out stacking kit to finish the job. It shouldn’t have taken 3 trips for my purchase. Very sad RCwilly’s customer service isn’t what it used to be.
