Deceptive web site poor customer service Ordered a case from PunkCase UK web site 2 weeks ago. Tracking shows it us coming from USA. Have contacted PunkCase to get an update. Their attitude "We've posted it via DHL not our problem" The case had better be good when (If?) it arrives

Punkcase has a variety of products Punkcase has a variety of products. My first has stood up to punishment very well. However, the little tiny tab to pull the charging cover open just broke off. It's a highly susceptible tab. Overall I'm very pleased with the construction.

Absolutely love this product Absolutely love this product. I did run into an issue and it stopped charging for some reason. I e-mailed to ask if there was anything that they could do about it. I got an almost immediate response with a tracking # for a new unit to be sent out. No questions asked. I highly recommend and trust this company.

Items that do not work Ordered a phone case for my son, Witt an attached wallet on the reverse of case. Described as fully mag safe but it wasn’t. Customer services did reply and offered 20% off. When I wanted to return item, they said put in the post box and say ‘return to sender ‘. I’m out of pocket and would not recommend this web site.

Which only intensified when I read some bad reviews. I should have waited. It was probably because of the time period. To cut a long story short I received my item well within the time period, and my item was perfect thank you punkcase 🫡
