Never received my item Never received my item. Tracking number I was given is fake. Order placed 4/11, package has been sitting in Brooklyn DHL for over two weeks "awaiting processing". Good thing I used PayPal.

Needs less than 1 star Needs less than 1 star. Website disguised as a New Zealand website, so assumed the item would be shipped domestically. Took two weeks to arrive and it was from the US. On opening, was the incorrect case. When contacted, they sent automated responses and wanted me to cover the cost of sending the item back to either get an exchange for the correct order or a refund.. What a ridiculous company. The case I received looked like rubbish. I think it’s part of their ploy to send out wrong items knowing a majority of people will not send it back as the consumer is expected to pay the shipping. This can’t be legal?!

Always the right size and trust worthy Its easy to find your phones type so you know your getting the right size case, dependability of the case, so you can worry less about everyday things that come your way regarding your phone. Im not gentle with my phone, I work and my phone is on my person all day, I homestead and flip houses my day is not always gentle on my phone but with the Punkcase I know my phone is safe no matter if I drop it in the field somewhere or if it gets covered in dust and Debris while working the houses. Problem is people can't hear or understand me when talking on my phone.im at a loss what to do I like the case but I also would like to have good communication on my phone. This company has poor customer service This company has poor customer service. I ordered a certain color and the wrong color. Said the one they sent was the one I ordered wrong. I ordered another one same thing wrong color. I emailed this and got no response.
