When I wanted to return item, they said put in the post box and say ‘return to sender ‘. I’m out of pocket and would not recommend this web site.

Deceptive web site poor customer service Ordered a case from PunkCase UK web site 2 weeks ago. Tracking shows it us coming from USA. Have contacted PunkCase to get an update. Their attitude "We've posted it via DHL not our problem" The case had better be good when (If?) it arrives

PunkCase is awesome and actually cares about you. Honestly the fact that Punkcase remembered I had made an order previously was great. Makes you feel like you ordering from a real company who actually cares about their customers. I will be ordering again from them. I love my phone case and am getting one for my mother and for my tablet I use on the boat doing ocean charters.

Unbelievable! Unbelievable! The Punk Case is the best! I live in Victoria, Australia. I took my dogs to the beach and was knee-deep in the sea. At some point, I lost my iPhone in its waterproof Punk Case. After searching for an hour, I gave up, without having found my phone. Five hours later, once the tide had gone out, I went back searching - there was my phone, in a rock-pool, still covered with water. I grabbed it, not really hopeful, but I pressed the on-button, and instantly it worked! Not only that, everything worked as normal: Camera, volume, battery charge! Problem is people can't hear or understand me when talking on my phone.im at a loss what to do I like the case but I also would like to have good communication on my phone.
