Never received my item Never received my item. Tracking number I was given is fake. Order placed 4/11, package has been sitting in Brooklyn DHL for over two weeks "awaiting processing". Good thing I used PayPal.

This company has poor customer service This company has poor customer service. I ordered a certain color and the wrong color. Said the one they sent was the one I ordered wrong. I ordered another one same thing wrong color. I emailed this and got no response.

Needs less than 1 star Needs less than 1 star. Website disguised as a New Zealand website, so assumed the item would be shipped domestically. Took two weeks to arrive and it was from the US. On opening, was the incorrect case. When contacted, they sent automated responses and wanted me to cover the cost of sending the item back to either get an exchange for the correct order or a refund.. What a ridiculous company. The case I received looked like rubbish. I think it’s part of their ploy to send out wrong items knowing a majority of people will not send it back as the consumer is expected to pay the shipping. This can’t be legal?!

Unbelievable! Unbelievable! The Punk Case is the best! I live in Victoria, Australia. I took my dogs to the beach and was knee-deep in the sea. At some point, I lost my iPhone in its waterproof Punk Case. After searching for an hour, I gave up, without having found my phone. Five hours later, once the tide had gone out, I went back searching - there was my phone, in a rock-pool, still covered with water. I grabbed it, not really hopeful, but I pressed the on-button, and instantly it worked! Not only that, everything worked as normal: Camera, volume, battery charge! What a brilliant, waterproof phone case! Thank you Punk Case - I shall never buy any other case but Punk Case

I wish I could give negative stars. I wish I could give negative stars. Stay away from this company. I ordered a phone case payed for the 2-3 day shipping. I never received it. Through DHL and tracking it and was at a stand still for 3 days. DHL waiting for the item. Contact Punkcase and giving my a run around. Stating because I live outside of the US could take 4-6 weeks. Not on there website does it state that. Thank good I went through PayPal, I filed a case against Punkcase and I received my full refund right away. Thank you PayPal. STAY AWAY. good luck if you still try them you may get lucky and have a good experience. I would also like to add, after receiving my refund I searched on Amazon and I actually found the exact same case for 60 dollars cheaper. I guess it was a Happy ending after all!
