Absolutely love this product Absolutely love this product. I did run into an issue and it stopped charging for some reason. I e-mailed to ask if there was anything that they could do about it. I got an almost immediate response with a tracking # for a new unit to be sent out. No questions asked. I highly recommend and trust this company.

Unbelievable! Unbelievable! The Punk Case is the best! I live in Victoria, Australia. I took my dogs to the beach and was knee-deep in the sea. At some point, I lost my iPhone in its waterproof Punk Case. After searching for an hour, I gave up, without having found my phone. Five hours later, once the tide had gone out, I went back searching - there was my phone, in a rock-pool, still covered with water. I grabbed it, not really hopeful, but I pressed the on-button, and instantly it worked! Not only that, everything worked as normal: Camera, volume, battery charge! This is a scam This is a scam. Read the other trust pilot review and on reddit. They don't refund even within their policy. I never received my case and keep getting ai responses when contacting. The positive reviews are probably fake.

PunkCase is awesome and actually cares about you. Honestly the fact that Punkcase remembered I had made an order previously was great. Makes you feel like you ordering from a real company who actually cares about their customers. I will be ordering again from them. I love my phone case and am getting one for my mother and for my tablet I use on the boat doing ocean charters.
