Nightmare trying to use this site I have spent hours and hours trying to download photos to use to create a slideshow but it is simply not working. The worst part is that you cannot speak to a human being in order to try to quickly resolve technical issues. I am extremely dissatisfied. I have been a member for many years and still they haven't managed to design a functional site! And they won't let you download and save your old slideshows from the previous version so I would have to continue paying in order to keep them "alive." They are happy to take your money every month but do not deliver a quality product.

Look Like A Pro I started with a premium plan which helped me create slideshows but I wanted to post to FB and email. I communicated with team member Anastasia about my preferences. She was quick to answer and get me settled in the Pro Plan which was exactly what I was looking for in sharing my creations. I'm a senior citizen and not highly technical so Smilebox helps me look like a pro . I highly recommend it.

Smilebox has great customer support Smilebox has great customer support. If you send an email explaining the specific problem, they will go out of their way to help. In my case, I found some recent changes made the site less user friendly. Smilebox found a good solution for me and said they would review their policies. I was pleasantly surprised by their personalized approach.

Customer Service at its Very Best After several years without using my beloved desktop Smilebox program (due to the Adobe/Flash problem), I was overjoyed to rediscover it as a Web program. Unfortunately, I did lose hundreds of precious creations that had been made before the change but, such is life! Since getting in touch again with Smilebox, I have been pleasantly, expertly, patiently & quickly guided through the process of reopening my account with the program. Being in my upper 70s, these technological operations are not as easy as they used to be! Knowing that there are great teams, like the Maria & the Olha Teams to guide me through the process, I look forward to many more years of creating & enjoying this EXCELLENT company. Thank you!

I made a small request to have a link sent to me from my creation several years ago and Anastasia Smilebox Voice of Customer Team answered me so fast and gave me what I was asking for so I could post my smilebox video to Facebook in honor of my late grandpa’s birthday. I’m very happy with this encounter.
