GREAT service! The representative was awesome in helping with my questions and she was quick to respond. However, it is really hard to discuss certain issues by email, and there is no option to call someone.

Excellent and quick assistance whenever there is a problem I have been using smilebox for years to record family times and also used my subscription in my professional life with my leadership in Iota Phi Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma professional Teacher's group. But now I'm not using it as much so wanted to drop my membership, but forgot to before the renewal date. When I contacted the help department, Maria was very quick to reply to my request. Auto renewal of subscription Had an issue that millions of people must get - signing up to a subscription and not realising you had done an auto renew. I emailed Smilebox asking for a refund as i hadnt used it, and not only did i get a response back almost immediately, the answer was yes! Refreshing to have just great customer service, very rare these days. Just wish i had noticed i had done it 5 years ago, could have saved myself a fortune!!

Nightmare trying to use this site I have spent hours and hours trying to download photos to use to create a slideshow but it is simply not working. The worst part is that you cannot speak to a human being in order to try to quickly resolve technical issues. I am extremely dissatisfied. I have been a member for many years and still they haven't managed to design a functional site! And they won't let you download and save your old slideshows from the previous version so I would have to continue paying in order to keep them "alive." They are happy to take your money every month but do not deliver a quality product.

Great Customer Service and Site Recently I had a payment issue with my account. I emailed the Smilebox team and they responded back immediately. They addressed the issue and solved it while treating me with respect and patience. I have had an account with Smilebox for several years. The site is easy and fun to use. I love being able to create a card for others and then send it electronically. They have examples that can be customized for every occasion! My recipients always enjoy receiving these Smilebox creations. I literally created and sent a Smilebox birthday card to a friend today!
