Look Like A Pro I started with a premium plan which helped me create slideshows but I wanted to post to FB and email. I communicated with team member Anastasia about my preferences. She was quick to answer and get me settled in the Pro Plan which was exactly what I was looking for in sharing my creations. I'm a senior citizen and not highly technical so Smilebox helps me look like a pro . I highly recommend it.

Excellent Customer Service! I made a small request to have a link sent to me from my creation several years ago and Anastasia Smilebox Voice of Customer Team answered me so fast and gave me what I was asking for so I could post my smilebox video to Facebook in honor of my late grandpa’s birthday. I’m very happy with this encounter.

Customer Service Incredible Help I recently had an issue with a completed creation but could not download my music to have with my slideshow. I wrote to Customer Service and they gave me guidelines but still had no luck in downloading my song. I wrote to customer service again and Olha replied promptly and she told me that she had downloaded the song for me. That particular service exceeded my expectations and I was able to send a long awaited creation to the family. So wonderful to know customer service staff are there on hand to help.

Excellent and quick assistance whenever there is a problem I have been using smilebox for years to record family times and also used my subscription in my professional life with my leadership in Iota Phi Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma professional Teacher's group. But now I'm not using it as much so wanted to drop my membership, but forgot to before the renewal date. When I contacted the help department, Maria was very quick to reply to my request. Given a thoughts - I am incline accept your suggestion of first option (i.e. -- -to keep your Premium Club Smilebox membership (£29.90/year) but update your credit card information) and cancel the gmail account & refund the charge.
