What a bunch of lying scammers I ordered overnight delivery for a part I needed immediately, my business depends on it. This was on a Friday, and I immediately got noticed that it had been packaged and sent out for shipping. Bear in mind I paid nearly double for overnight shipping. Did not arrive Saturday. Not Sunday. Called on Monday and was told I would definitely get it that day... as the weekend held up the delivery. Did NOT get it on Monday. Called Encompass back on Tuesday and they flat out refused to reimburse me for the overnight delivery. It finally arrived on Tuesday. An overnight delivery ordered on Friday. Completely false advertising! What a joke of a business.

Outstanding Customer Service The Encompass representative I spoke with took the time to help me research and locate the right control board for my Gas Range. The first one I found was out of stock until May. Roy found an alternate part # that is the same part I need.
