GBLG Gas Double Oven Convection Valerie made it possible for me to place a much needed order. New stove, missing broiler pan?? Valerie spent time answering all my questions and made sure I ordered the correct pan, for my stove model. Important to note, LG.COM was useless for help. GBWe had an issue where we kept being… We had an issue where we kept being told a part was on Back Order with changing ETA's and then we checked once again and were told the part showed it being delivered. After some time we did end up getting a new part shipped and the old part credited back. Gwenn was a great help!

Thank you Saline… I Am a 86 year old retired cop and a cynic on ordering things, but Saline was such a calm person and worked with me placing my order on Norelco Shaving heads, even ater me commiting several errors she calmly told me what to do to correct my errors. In a calm voice instructed me how to complete my order. Iwas very nervous but she talked me into the conclusion. You are lucky to have an employee of that caring quality. Thank you Saline.

GBItem received not as described Item received was not what was described or shipped. Called for RMA and return shipping. They do not want to refund shipping (and I was taxed on shipping and handling). Their return process is very slow and constantly having to deal with customer support to get return label and assure full refund. Would NEVER order or recommend this company!
