GBI RATHER TALK WITH A LIVE REP FROM ENCOMPASS SUPPLY CHAIN SOLUTIONS, It was a pleasure communicating with a Live Person rather than an AI; Ms. T'Keiyah Nelams was courteous, pleasant, competent but most of all, she was astute and respectful. Now, that’s a combination. I didn’t have to repeat the model number several times nor the various different names for the part. SHE GOT IT! As old DIYER; I was impressed! We conversed about the parts I want and the parts Out of Stock…but she offered the part number, which can be checked on the website. Again, Ms. Nelams was Phenomenal.
