very satisfied it eventually comes the day when you have to replace the battery on trusted laptop you use for everyday work. Browsing on the web you can find many suppliers with price ranges from very high to very low. Batteryheads.com is in between and surprised me because the battery was not the usual "no brand" item you buy all over the internet. I received a courteous and prompt reply to my message and decided to buy. Received the battery a couple of days lately nicely packaged. So far so good. Keep up the good work guys !

I called the service department with a question and it took me a while to get over the shock that I was talking to a real person and she was very Knowledgeable and quickly answered my question. Company/employee lacks customer service skills. I dealt with Tamara. She was opinionated and difficult to deal with. I sent a battery for refurbish but it arrived damaged via UPS. She quickly placed blame on improper packaging. The battery was packaged tightly with multiple layers of thick newspaper. She offered no possibility of checking the actual inner workings of the battery first, before telling me that I should "try to file a claim" with UPS. She was abrupt at times . This is a terrible experience for a small Long Term Care facility.
