Excellent company to do business with Excellent company to do business with. This is my second battery purchase from Batteryheads.com and never, never had an issue with this fine company. I really appreciate the fact that this company is not shy about posting their toll free number on their web site; and, wait for it....a HUMAN answers the phone should you call.

Company/employee lacks customer service skills. I dealt with Tamara. She was opinionated and difficult to deal with. I sent a battery for refurbish but it arrived damaged via UPS. She quickly placed blame on improper packaging. The battery was packaged tightly with multiple layers of thick newspaper. She offered no possibility of checking the actual inner workings of the battery first, before telling me that I should "try to file a claim" with UPS. She was abrupt at times . This is a terrible experience for a small Long Term Care facility.

Prompt Service I originally ordered the wrong battery for my camera (I did find the array of choices confusing). My email inquiring about what steps I should take to replace it was answered probably on the same day and provided clear instructions about return. The correct battery charger was shipped promptly. Good company.

Excellent Service Batterheads.com had the digital camera batteries we need so we ordered two. We chose ground delivery because we were not in a hurry to get them, but they arrived in a week or less. We appreciate being able to order online since none of the stores in our town carry the batteries for this camera. Thank you, Batterheads.com for your excellent service and prompt delivery.

Did not receive 2-day shipping which I paid for I needed to receive the camera battery charger before Feb 16. Therefore I paid extra for 2-day shipping and did not receive it in time for my vacation. Order was placed on Feb 12 and shipped on Feb 12 but didn't get delivered until Feb 16. That is not 2-day delivery. Very disappointed with delivery.
