Company/employee lacks customer service skills. I dealt with Tamara. She was opinionated and difficult to deal with. I sent a battery for refurbish but it arrived damaged via UPS. She quickly placed blame on improper packaging. The battery was packaged tightly with multiple layers of thick newspaper. She offered no possibility of checking the actual inner workings of the battery first, before telling me that I should "try to file a claim" with UPS. She was abrupt at times . This is a terrible experience for a small Long Term Care facility.

Good/fair price plus fast delivery. Couldn't be better. Be a paraplegic I require ceiling lifts for bedding and toileting. The batteries are very expensive at most venders but I was checking around and found them at Batteryheads at a much lower price. I made the order and had them in two days. I could not be happier. Thanks guys..................

Great customer service! I placed my order from this company and was shipped in a very timely manner. I never received a confirmation email, but when I called in they were extremely fast at resolving my email address issue, and were very polite and happy to help!

Battery Purchase There was no on-going sharing of status of my purchase. I began to wonder if they had actually recorded the purchase, especially since Amazon, through whom I got in touch with Batteryheads, said that I had left my purchase in the cart! It would have been nice to let us know where the battery was - e.g., Being shipped, or at a certain point in the delivery, and when to expect it. It just suddenly appeared in my mail!

very satisfied it eventually comes the day when you have to replace the battery on trusted laptop you use for everyday work. Browsing on the web you can find many suppliers with price ranges from very high to very low. Batteryheads.com is in between and surprised me because the battery was not the usual "no brand" item you buy all over the internet. I received a courteous and prompt reply to my message and decided to buy. Received the battery a couple of days lately nicely packaged. So far so good. Keep up the good work guys !
