Excellent Service I ordered a new battery for my camera this Summer. It was an excellent choice to select Batteryheads.com. I received what I ordered in a timely manner. The product was as advertised. I will continue business with this company. In fact, I made a recommendation to use this company over the weekend when my sister was planning her vacation. Great customer service and fast delivery I needed to get a replacement battery for my laptop computer, which is a few years old. I tried Amazon and saw Batteryheads had one, but I was unsure which exact version to order. I looked up Batteryheads on line and emailed their customer service people. I got an answer back quickly with instructions on how to determine the correct one to order. I ordered the version I wanted and received it within 2 days. This couldn't have gone better.

Excellent Service Batterheads.com had the digital camera batteries we need so we ordered two. We chose ground delivery because we were not in a hurry to get them, but they arrived in a week or less. Dead batery or defective charger? I bought a Fuji refurbished camera and the battery was expired and would not hold a charge. I turned to Batteryheads for a new battery and charger. I received both in a prompt manner; however, after charging the new battery with the new charger, no luck. It could be the camera... Not sure at this point... Would have given a five for quick shipping and customer service...
