Best Online Experience I have Ever had I just had to get online and spend the time to review weaknees. I never waste my time doing this, but honestly, this company deserves it!! Their support is just incredible. Sent them an email on EASTER SUNDAY and I got a response in under an hour! And this was not some generic autoresponder. i got a real response, with a real honest answer, from someone with great tivo knowledge. i asked the same question when I called tivo's toll-fee number, and after an hour on hold, they were clueless. they had no idea how to help me. And after I complained, they sent me to weaknees.com. NOW I KNOW WHY!! Why bother with Tivo when you can get to weaknees--and get better, faster, more accurate answers! I could go on and on, but give them a chance....they deserve your business.

Just What I Needed! I thought I was out a lot of money when my 3.5 year old series 3 Tivo (which cost me $700+) hard drive died. Tivo wanted me to shell out money for a replacement unit and pay for a new lifetime service. Weaknees sent me a replacement hard drive that was twice as big as my original. The instructions to install it were very well done and I was up and running in just a short time. I would recommend them to any Tivo owner who needs a new or bigger hard drive. Thanks Weaknees!

Great product excellent customer service One of direct tv receivers w/tivo was dying normally i have ordered a used one on ebay. I was doing some searching and came across weaknees after reading some reviews and information on there web sight I decided to order a new hardrive. The shipped it out very quick and it arrived on time from ups except the drive delivered it to the wrong address. Ups was pretty useless they told be it can take up to 8 business to track down the package basically i just have to wait. However weekness was very helpful within a few day over a weekend weekness agreed to overnight me a new one and they would deal with ups after they shipped it. None the less weekness was very very patient with all my fustratation with ups. The hard drive installation was extremely easy and is working flawlessly. I would recommend weeknees to anyone there web sight is very informative. They have a great forum section and seem to answer questions very quickly and only sell you what you need.

Just an excellent company providing an excellent product I just finished installing my second Weaknees HD replacement in my second TiVo. I keep my TiVo's a long time (with their lifetime subscriptions), and after a number of years the telltale de-pixilation and picture breakup begins to appear. Weaknees has for years carved out a niche as the TiVo specialists. Their HD replacements work flawlessly and install in about 15 minutes. They come with the only tools you need and with superb instructions. Plug the TiVo back in...and after the usual TiVo setting itself up again screens, all is well. (And now I have 2 TB's of space to record on!) Kudos to Weaknees.

Can I give 10 Stars?! I am SO impressed with this company and their customer service!! I am a diving coach and found weakness.com online while searching for a place to buy a TiVo Series 1 to use for diving practice. With the first TiVo they sent, I had a hard time getting past the initial set up...after emailing back and forth, they figured out that it may just be a hard drive problem, so they actually just sent me a new hard drive with instructions on how to install it. I was terrible about emailing them in a timely manner, but they always responded within an hour or two...even after-hours! When I was finally able to try to set-up the TiVo with the new hard drive, I was STILL having trouble getting it to work for diving practice. Once again, after numerous emails back and forth, (they always responded within minutes this time!) we were able to figure out what the issue was and they gave me clear instructions to fix it! I am most definitely NOT technologically savvy, and I know I had to be a huge pain, but they never made me feel like the idiot I felt I came across as. They were very helpful, timely, patient, and professional! I would definitely do business with Weaknees again!! Thank you Weaknees for all your help!
