Pet Paradise is heaven on Earth! Pet Paradise NOLA is hands down the best boarding facility I have ever taken my dog to!!! I have a job that takes me away sometimes months at a time, especially during COVID, and without hesitation the PP Team supported me in every way possible. I am thankful for them every day and there is nowhere else I would want my dog. All of them are so incredibly caring and loving towards her I feel like I’m boarding her with my own family!! Any pet you bring here will be incredibly well taken care of and have an absolute blast. Thank you for everything you do for me Pet Paradise!! ❤️

Mauser & Cheeseburger were back again… Mauser & Cheeseburger were back again for a brief stay September 13-17th 2020. They get so excited when I check them in to Pet Paradise... not like some places I used to board them where I could see when I picked them up that they weren't happy to have stayed. Cheeseburger loves to jump high & catch his treats as does Mauser and the folks at Pet Paradise Charlotte Airport usually take a few pics of my pups flying thru the air in excitement or zooming around the play area. It's like Cheese & Maus are having their own mini vacation too! Everyone is always so friendly, caring, and patient when answering my questions. Awesome Service…Peace of Mind! We moved away a year ago and decided to drop our dogs off for boarding on our way to Charleston. It was so good to see familiar faces! What another great experience with Pet Paradise at Charlotte Airport. Gave a peace of mind leaving our new 8 month old puppy. Both dogs were happy with tails wagging. On Sacra's last visit On Sacra's last visit, I paid for services, that I feel were not done with the effort paid for. I am weary of taking her again. She goes there really scared and leaves there with relief. Pet Paradise is a quality facility with great amenities. I appreciate the boarding and daycare services you offer.

Boarding and Day Camp I have only used this location for their day camp and boarding but thus far I have had an amazing experience with both. I have a husky that is tough to keep up with and I wish I had started sending her to day camp earlier. Even just once a week has improved her behavior as she has spent all of her excess energy and is much more relaxed when home.
