GBI am extremely upset I am extremely upset. I got a phone call from pet paradise in Carrollton to pick up Togo because he was scared of the blow dryer. I said OK and I went to pick him up and ask what was going on. The owner pulled out his card and told me there was no information on him from his last grooming. I said okay, How is that my fault? I was not the groomer. Pet paradise is under new ownership and the owner and the groomer both came at me with attitude like I did something wrong because he had some matts. This is how they returned him to me. I immediately went to another groomer who brushed him out, used a blow dryer which he reacted like you expect a dog to react and booked him a apt. He licked her face while she brushed him He's a good dog but I hope these people didn't do something to him because the attitude and yelling at me was uncalled for.

GBFully vaccinated puppy died My six month old fully vaccinated puppy went to day camp at Pet Paradise-Houston/Hobby on June 28 and July 2. He died on July 7. He was lethargic on July 6 with bloody diarrhea and vomiting and was taken immediately to Urgent Care where he was treated for his symptoms. He died within hours. I contacted this location to let them know so they could alert other customers and conduct a deep cleaning. I left a voicemail message, and no one has contacted me.

GBThe first time my dog ever boarded at… The first time my dog ever boarded at the pet paradise university location in Jacksonville Florida, he get really sick with kennel cough. The facility was no help with costs or anything. And I know for certain that they do let other dogs stay there without proper shots being done beforehand.. my dog is always at home and never around other dog other than when he boarded this time.

GBInconsistent standards at a decent price I've been a customer for almost a year now, just out of necessity. Their staff is friendly, but they choose what services are available based on some indiscernible standard. I have only been able to schedule boarding because their team is either too booked, short on personnel, sick, or not working, no matter what time of the week I visit. I suggest avoiding this place if you don't have a designer pet or need any special care for your pet.

GBLoyal Customer NEVER Returning to Pet Paradise After more than a decade of taking my dogs to Pet Paradise (formerly known as Enchantment Pet Resort), I have come to the realization that they are no longer the same compassionate facility they once were. The situation that occurred today was the final straw. They have failed to demonstrate that their customers are their top priority, which is a disappointment to both me and the community. All of the recent negative reviews about them are accurate, and this is coming from a loyal customer of many years.
