They offer a lifetime warranty on their Dabbix batteries which ALWAYS break and getting help when it comes to returning them is next to impossible. I am looking at 6 I have in front of me, none of which work and I have contacted the company twice - no response. I have returned batteries several times and have not even received my replacement. The first and second time, you get attention - after that - forget about it. Horrible.
