Pioneer DM-40 W I ordered a pair of Pioneer DJ speakers. When I opened the box there were a little pack of haribo and a "DJ Deals" pen. I think that was a nice gesture from them. I like these kind of attention to the customers. The parcel arrived in time. Only the courier company did a little mistake so I had to wait an extra day, not a big issue. (The given address wasn't transfered properly from djdeals to the courier even if I typed it correctly. They used the building's name to search the address instead of the postcode, so that led the driver to a completely different address.)

Customer service was excellent Customer service was excellent, product was shipped in appropriate packaging; well protected. My only complaint was that the shipping process was slow. From the day of ordering it to the day of receipt was 9 days; 6 business days. No fault of yours but what made it worse was that the USPS tracking didn't update between the time the label was created to the time that it was received at the local office. From my end it appeared to have not shipped.

However after a 2 minute phone call explaining the situation the problem was quickly resolved and my headphones where sent out to me the next day.
