GBamazing customer service Great pricing and amazing customer service. Unfortunately there was a problem with my order and I didn’t receive the headphones in my deal. However after a 2 minute phone call explaining the situation the problem was quickly resolved and my headphones where sent out to me the next day. Can’t fault the customer service and friendly employee.

GBI was a little scared after reading… I was a little scared after reading some of these reviews but I got my Faderfox mx12 just over a week after ordering it. They are legit. I don't think they store (have in stock) all the merchandise they sell. I think that may be why all the negative reviews... I gave them one less star because I don't think their communication is great. They are difficult to get in touch with. Anyway, I'm happy I got my order sooner than expected.

GBVery bad and disrespectful towards the customers Pending potential edit, my orders never arrived and DJdeal ask me to directly deal with the manufacturer and the delivery claim service after holding my money for more than 3 months. Terrible delays I can understand but thinking all is good because your order says delivered is not good enough for a custumer who required a signature at delivery. You can't even provide proof of delivery and let me deal with the complaint? I guess it's a cash machine to never deliver

GBCustomer service was excellent Customer service was excellent, product was shipped in appropriate packaging; well protected. My only complaint was that the shipping process was slow. From the day of ordering it to the day of receipt was 9 days; 6 business days. No fault of yours but what made it worse was that the USPS tracking didn't update between the time the label was created to the time that it was received at the local office. From my end it appeared to have not shipped.
