amazing customer service Great pricing and amazing customer service. Unfortunately there was a problem with my order and I didn’t receive the headphones in my deal. However after a 2 minute phone call explaining the situation the problem was quickly resolved and my headphones where sent out to me the next day. Can’t fault the customer service and friendly employee.

I was a little scared after reading… I was a little scared after reading some of these reviews but I got my Faderfox mx12 just over a week after ordering it. They are legit. I don't think they store (have in stock) all the merchandise they sell. I think that may be why all the negative reviews... I gave them one less star because I don't think their communication is great. They are difficult to get in touch with. Anyway, I'm happy I got my order sooner than expected.

So far, so good! I purchased a Denon controller a few months ago and actually forgot I purchased it after not receiving an email confirmation. However after only a few days, less than a week my controller arrived, no shipping charge so it was relatively quick. The company was fine with me. Decided to order a new mixer from them today, I received a confirmation this time, again no shipping and the best price I could find online. Hopefully it will arrive as quickly. My next purchase will be cdj's if all goes well with the mixer.
