CAVery poor customer experience. Very poor customer experience. Paid extra $10 for fast processing. I paid $79 extra for 3-5 days international shipping. I was sent an email saying my order was shipped within an hour on a Sunday. It was only 3 business days before my package pickup and started tracking in your shipping system,. We are now 7 days later and my package is still travelling at snail pace in the US. Your shipping sucks.

GBSo far, so good! I purchased a Denon controller a few months ago and actually forgot I purchased it after not receiving an email confirmation. However after only a few days, less than a week my controller arrived, no shipping charge so it was relatively quick. The company was fine with me. Decided to order a new mixer from them today, I received a confirmation this time, again no shipping and the best price I could find online. Hopefully it will arrive as quickly. My next purchase will be cdj's if all goes well with the mixer.

GBThe tracking was good The tracking was good. I was able to go to FedEx website and use the tracking number. But, the driver didn't seek my signature. He just left it on the porch. (The pandemic might have caused FedEx to change their policy for deliveries. But, I added the signature requirement for $5.99). I feel that I added it for nothing.
