The only buying glitch was that I did not receive a confirmation e-mail, but when I inquired after a few days about the order, Rebecca immediately sent me the e-mail she said was sent earlier. No Issues on Multiple Orders Ordered Chief Mounts from these guys often and if their was ever a delivery issue they always notified me in a timely fashion. Pricing is always better than the usual places and shipping has always been free . Only wish is that sometimes the tracking get stuck in spam but that's probably a fed ex issue.
