If any issues arose like a damaged product that arrived once It was quickly handled and replaced, I will continue to use these guys for my Middle Atlantic AV racks and gear since their pricing is good and I can always get my rep on the phone."

cacelled order after 22 days of waiting 8 days after placing my order, I got an email asking whether it would be alright if my sonofiber panels shipped the following week. I said that was fine, and 19 days after placing the order, I was sent an invoice with a tracking number. When nothing arrived, I realized that the tracking number was someone elses. When I called them (22 days after order), they said it had not yet shipped, so I canceled the order. I will never buy anything from AVAlive again.

Great Pricing and They Answer Phone Calls Have ordered multiple times from them and always found great pricing and good customer service. If item was back ordered or out of stock they have called me to ask about what I wanted to do. Only issue I have had is sometimes item says in stock but found out later it was back ordered. They told me they are working on the real time inventory issue
