The only buying glitch was that I did not receive a confirmation e-mail, but when I inquired after a few days about the order, Rebecca immediately sent me the e-mail she said was sent earlier. No big deal, it may have been an e-mail server problem. The package came double boxed with free shipping 8 days from order. The mocho stained wood stands look great next to our dark brown leather sofa with dark wood trim.

No Issues on Multiple Orders Ordered Chief Mounts from these guys often and if their was ever a delivery issue they always notified me in a timely fashion. Pricing is always better than the usual places and shipping has always been free . Only wish is that sometimes the tracking get stuck in spam but that's probably a fed ex issue.

Great Pricing and They Answer Phone Calls Have ordered multiple times from them and always found great pricing and good customer service. If item was back ordered or out of stock they have called me to ask about what I wanted to do. Only issue I have had is sometimes item says in stock but found out later it was back ordered.
