9 reviews out of thousands served ? Just wanted to clarify how untrustworthy these review services are. For example 9 reviews in 3 years hardly show what you can expect from any company especially ones that do thousands of transactions a month like this one. We do not solicit reviews from customers at checkout like 99% of the "highly rated " companies do (before a product even ships even!). We do not pay or offer incentives to customers for a review . We do not beg for a review from anyone. Bottom line these review services do not paint an accurate story of what you can expect since the complainers will always post first and 9 out of thousands served a month in 3 years hardly paint a real picture We are not perfect but we try to do what's right ! No Issues on Multiple Orders Ordered Chief Mounts from these guys often and if their was ever a delivery issue they always notified me in a timely fashion. Pricing is always better than the usual places and shipping has always been free . Only wish is that sometimes the tracking get stuck in spam but that's probably a fed ex issue.
