MC Magic / Broadcasting & Multi-Cam Streaming Bill & his staff at Avalive treated us 1st class, being that we were walking in new territory we paid for the customer support package & Bill walked us through every step even after hours when he had a dinner date with family. Avoid Company at all Cost I ordered the product on Apr 11, 2011 and is took so long for me to actually get the product, I had to order and overnight another product from elsewhere. Also the product was drop shipped from another supplier that had the product for $400 less. I tried to return the product completly unopened and they would not budge on their "open box" restocking fee. I tried to complain and they discontinued communication. It is companies like this that give online shopping a buyer beware marketplace. By the way, I was a true customer of this company and this is a true review. Just FYI to anyone: I made a bulk order and all of the products that were to be delivered by UPS. Three of the products never showed. No Issues on Multiple Orders Ordered Chief Mounts from these guys often and if their was ever a delivery issue they always notified me in a timely fashion. Pricing is always better than the usual places and shipping has always been free . Only wish is that sometimes the tracking get stuck in spam but that's probably a fed ex issue.

cacelled order after 22 days of waiting 8 days after placing my order, I got an email asking whether it would be alright if my sonofiber panels shipped the following week. I said that was fine, and 19 days after placing the order, I was sent an invoice with a tracking number. When nothing arrived, I realized that the tracking number was someone elses. When I called them (22 days after order), they said it had not yet shipped, so I canceled the order. I will never buy anything from AVAlive again.
