AVAlive has been great through multiple purchases I've made multiple purchases from Bill and AVAlive. The staff has always been great and Bill has answered my technical questions anytime I had them. Shipping has always been prompt. My last purchase was a Blackmagic Design ATEM HD2. It's been great. The new design of the HD2 is a huge +. We use this switcher for a television program. It works beautifully. Will gladly purchase again from AVAlive.

DO NOT TRUST AVALIVE! I WAS SCAMMED FOR $3500. I ordered 2 pieces of equipment from AV Alive. The deal was the best I had seen online and i was skeptical. I called and spoke with a representative who reassured me I would be receiving the items advertised. Upon receiving my package I was given 2 inferior pieces of equipment than I had ordered. They were not the pictured items. When I called and complained they said that they accidentally had the wrong pictures up and the wrong description of the item. They then changed the pictures online and the description. I told them I would like to return the items because they were not what I ordered, what was described, or what was pictured before they modified the website. They told me they would accept the gear back but would charge me 33% of the price. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

cacelled order after 22 days of waiting 8 days after placing my order, I got an email asking whether it would be alright if my sonofiber panels shipped the following week. I said that was fine, and 19 days after placing the order, I was sent an invoice with a tracking number. When nothing arrived, I realized that the tracking number was someone elses. When I called them (22 days after order), they said it had not yet shipped, so I canceled the order. I will never buy anything from AVAlive again.
