Poor customer service, ignored my requests on purpose. I have been a loyal customer to Ampere for 3+ years and crowdfunded many of their products. Last year in September I bought an item on their online shop, weeks and months went by without shipping. I asked for a cancellation and reimbursement mid-March, and after them asking me twice over the course of two weeks if I was sure of my decision, and me sending 5 emails asking for cancellation, guess what, the item has shipped? What a surprise! They waited 2 weeks for the item to ship so they couldn’t cancel it anymore. I needed that money back. I am never buying from Ampere again.

Aged 80 first electric bike Aged 80 I was having difficulty riding my cycle as hills and wind were making life difficult. Walked into Eastgate Cycles , Gloucester and Graham suggested an Ampere DeLuxe 700 bike. Collected today in a rainstorm so was given a cup of coffee to wait it out. The instuctions were clearly given and explained fully. I set off home with some nervousness but I needlessly worried as the bike whizzed me back home via a hill I struggle on without me barely having to pedal. New days yet but so far would recommend Eastgate Cycles and this bike.

Ampere Tech, This company is a scam This company is a scam, pre-order Dusk sports in March 2023 and was told they will be ready by July same year. Asked for an update and they kept postponed the dates to October, then November then Spring 2024. Today April 27 a year and a month later still no sunglasses and no refund. Becareful guys Ampere Tech is a scamm. UPDATE: Yes you are a scam, my order is #36421 placed on March 29th 2023. A pre order should be ready 4 months after i place the order and it has passed 1 year and one month. There are more people complaining. So please, do not say is not a scam, be cause it is.

Got my order I finaly got my order a few weeks ago, it has nice packaging and the sunglasses are doing what they advertise, I have not tried them too much since there was barely any sun where I live . The missing star is due to the delay in getting my order

After 3 months, the glasses wont charge at all I ordered the ampere glasses (Dusk Lite). The order was quite on time. I used the glasses and noticed, the battery life is quite abnormal. it would hardly stay charge for an hour. i wrote about it to them and they infact sent a replacement. I was quite happy with the support. However, the actual issue of battery still remains. I did not use the glasses for like 45 days coz of travelling. As soon as i came back, i kept the glasses for charging but it wont charge at all. I do not see the charging indicator light also. I would like to mention that glasses did not move from my house. Update:As i mentioned before, they have an excellent support team. They sent me a replacement and it is working fine.
