GBBuyer beware Like many others, I have been getting the run around on shipping delays. I was told that my original orders (41313 and 41888, ordered 5 weeks ago) couldn't be filled because they were out of stock in the color I chose. So, like a fool, I placed an additional order for an upgraded model based on a promotional email that promised 2 day shipping and, in BOLD PRINT, "in time for Christmas". My mistake was assuming that they meant Christmas, 2023. I have not received an email with an order confirmation for the second order, and have met resistance in canceling the original order of 'out of stock' items. When I call their customer service line, I get a message that they're "out of the office". I honestly can't review the product, (which may be the best thing ever, but so far has appeared to be invisible after 5 weeks), but due to Ampere's woefully pathetic shipping issues, I cannot in good conscience recommend buying from this company.

NLAfter 3 months, the glasses wont charge at all I ordered the ampere glasses (Dusk Lite). The order was quite on time. I used the glasses and noticed, the battery life is quite abnormal. it would hardly stay charge for an hour. i wrote about it to them and they infact sent a replacement. I was quite happy with the support. However, the actual issue of battery still remains. I did not use the glasses for like 45 days coz of travelling. As soon as i came back, i kept the glasses for charging but it wont charge at all. I do not see the charging indicator light also. I would like to mention that glasses did not move from my house. Update:As i mentioned before, they have an excellent support team. They sent me a replacement and it is working fine.

PHWorst experience ever but they made up for it I ordered from them 3 months ago and they still have not sent it. I've sent them more than 20 emails and they just keep giving me excuses like their inventory is low etc., though they keep on sending me advertisement that I needed to order from them. I tried to cancel in November and they had just sent me an email this December that it was already being shipped. They used the worst courier which is 4PX so I doubt I'd ever get my order from them. This is the worst experience I've ever had shopping online. Order #39496 My previous review was due to frustrations that my order took so long. But ampere did good by sending me a free pair of sunglasses that they already have in the Philippines while my order was still in transit. The only thing is that they also promised me a 40% rebate which I never received but their customer service people that was based in the Philippines took care of my dilemma of not having my order before christmas. Thanks Ampere for listening to your customers.

AUDon't send product + Worst cumtomer service I've been waiting for my order for one and a half month while I'm writing this review. I've informed their customer service that I want to cancel the order and get a full refund as soon as possible and still waiting for their reply after days. There's no live chat service and also they don't send you as they advertised. I'd suggest to AVOID shopping on this website at all cost

GBIncorrect Product Information After customer service responded they are going to give me a 75$ refund and let me keep the order so everything is all cleared up.
