Asked for an update and they kept postponed the dates to October, then November then Spring 2024. Today April 27 a year and a month later still no sunglasses and no refund. Becareful guys Ampere Tech is a scamm. UPDATE: Yes you are a scam, my order is #36421 placed on March 29th 2023. A pre order should be ready 4 months after i place the order and it has passed 1 year and one month. There are more people complaining. So please, do not say is not a scam, be cause it is.

Futuristic company with outstanding customer service Ampere Tech is definitely ahead of its time and I have a feeling these guys are going to be one of the top names. I have not received their epic Dusk sunglasses I ordered so far but the experience with their customer service team was outstanding. Despite the heavy inflow of orders they were able to assist me with every query I had promptly and proved Ampere really cares about their customers!

Ampere customer service is top Customer service staff super helpful and understanding of issues I had with one of their products. Without hesitation they sent me a new product after very few steps of verifying that my defective product was under warranty. Super recommended company for the products and after sales service offered to the customer.
