NLImpressive support for impressive products I have not yet met a company who responds so quickly and accurate ! I am VERY impressed with Reolink products and Reolink support. They keep on developing their products and creating new solutions and when you have a question they are incredibly fast and accurate with their responses. They have solved several questions for me on no time. Especially BIG THANKS to Karina. The 5-***** helpdesk agent.

GBReolink Just a Awesome Company with Awesome Products I have been working with Home security cameras since 2005. Now there are a huge selection available. However in my opinion, there are just a handful of companies that hit all the high marks. Reolink is defiantly one of the TOP companies. Their equipment is extremely well designed. Their support team provides excellent support from their website, email and phone. Recently they released their RLK12-800WB4 system as I prefer WiFi cameras. This system is awesome. I wish I could have been one of their testers prior to release. YES they actually offered up systems to users for feedback prior to offering as a new item. I am looking forward to a long term relationship wit Reolink and to the products they are building for the future.

GBThe detection rate is dull The detection rate sucks. Camera picks up after subject walks or moves away from camera does not collectively record when subjects in camera detection rate is about 5 feet. Must be within frame longer than 6 seconds..to catch a subject. Camera will record when the trees reflection off the windows. But not when someone walks right up to the door. Rings the door bell. And there is Noone stand at the door because the camera didn't click on. The viewing and night vision reaches dwell up to 80 feet.

GBI've had 3 Reolink Go-PT cameras in use… I've had 3 Reolink Go-PT cameras in use for the last 2 years now. For approx. 18 months they were working just fine; I downloaded their newest update 6-8 months ago and now nothing but problems. Cannot connect, if they do connect, they will stay on a few seconds and stop, playback doesn't work most of the time. I moved a camera to a different location thinking this may be the problem, I moved it next to another camera and it still won't work. One camera will connect and the one next to it won't. They say it has a low signal, but it shows 4 bars of signal strength. You must contact customer service by e-mail and wait for a reply. Very expensive cameras and horrible customer service.

GBReolink Go PT Plus received as gift in… Reolink Go PT Plus received as gift in Nov 2023 bought from smazon. it has stopped recording videos SD slot faulty so pointless as a security camera as you can no longer store videos / playback. Ive been trying to get replacement as it cost over £160 but they REFUSE without Amazon ID number, whichni cant provide and my friend no longer around. I've got delivery confirmation showing my name but still won't accept. VERY ANGRY as waste of money....never get to speak to anyone just email chats with hour gaps between replies. NOT RECOMMENDED
